Every Dubai Metro station is fully step-free with lifts and escalators from street to platform. Tactile floor surfaces and visual displays support visually and hearing-impaired passengers.
Folding bicycles and prams are allowed at all times. Standard bicycles are allowed only outside peak hours (06:30–09:30 and 14:30–18:30 weekdays).
You need a Nol travel card. Buy or top up at any station ticket vending machine, or use the RTA Dubai app. Single rides cost AED 3–7.5 depending on the number of zones.
